The EXCITECAT 810
has a full pilot house which offers unobstructed visibility forwards and
panoramic views through the sliding main salon windows. Views aft are also
clear, thanks to the sliding doors from the main salon to the cockpit, which
also facilitate entry of people and gear.
The
accommodations of the EXCITECAT 810 are impressive for a boat of its
size, with two spacious private cabins with double beds; a comfortable head and
shower; a bright and open main salon with convertible dining table with bench seating
around; a galley with sink, pressure water, stove and optional refrigerator; and a full
inside steering station and instrument/navigation area.
The aft cockpit
is truly versatile and can be used either for serious fishing or for relaxing,
with a bathing platform, swim ladder and shower. The foredeck is large and flat
enough to offer a generous sunbathing area. Both bows offer storage
lockers, which are in addition to the separate anchor locker and fender / line
locker.
The first of the
EXCITECAT 810 models produced were the standard version of the boat,
without the flybridge, but the introduction of a second steering station on the
flybridge version is proving to be the most popular option for cruising
applications. The flybridge will accommodate up to three people and
features full engine controls and instrumentation. The stainless
radar arch allows convenient mounting of additional electronics.
