Lagoon wins the catamaran class in the 2007 ARC

In the 2007 running of the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC), Lagoon was strongly represented with 14 catamaran entriess out of a total of 26 multihulls.

This year for the first time the entire Lagoon model range took part in this famous transatlantic rally (250 boats took part in total).

The Lagoon 67 “Perle Noire” won an impressive 1st place in the general ranking of the catamaran class and arrived 5th over all after a quick 13 day crossing.

On corrected time (ranking established according to the boat's rating and the number of hours of motoring) Lagoon won the first three places:

• 1st: Lagoon 440 Queen of Hearts

• 2nd: Lagoon 410-S2: Gemini

• 3rd: Lagoon 380-S2: Tu Can Tango

8 Lagoon catamarans were ranked among the first 10 multihulls overall.

This big success proves that you do not necessarily need to choose between comfort and performance!
